This product was specifically made for Artza and aims to deliver the bold spirit of our namesake, the Maapilim. The word Maapilim is the Hebrew term for those who defied the British blockade preventing immigration to the Holy Land before the State of Israel was established. These Maapilim came by boat to settle the Land of Israel, even though it was illegal to do so and the sea journey carried great risk. We hope this artisanally crafted hand soap captures the essence of the Mediterranean that they traversed and brings you on your own journey closer to the Holy Land.
